1. Quality Assurance
Every product manufactured at Khetra Bilasha Products goes through strict quality checks to ensure durability, strength, and long-lasting performance.
We carefully inspect raw materials, production process, finishing and packaging before dispatch.
2. Prepaid Delivery Policy
All orders are prepaid only. We start manufacturing and dispatch after payment is received and confirmed.
🚚 No cash-on-delivery (COD) available.
This helps us plan production better, reduce wastage and maintain transparent pricing for our customers.
3. Home Delivery & Installation
If you choose home delivery or installation service, the service charge has to be paid together with the product amount.
✔ Product Price + Delivery Charge + Installation Charge → paid together before dispatch.
Charges may vary based on distance, quantity and type of product. Details will be shared at the time of order.
4. Delivery & Manufacturing Time
Custom or bulk orders usually require 3–7 days of processing time depending on product type, quantity and current workload.
We try our best to inform customers about expected delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
5. Manufacturing Transparency
We clearly communicate about material quality, size, colour and usage of our products so that customers know what they are buying.
